Privacy
This site is a personal professional site. It collects as little as possible, and nothing at all unless you choose to send it.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, company, the area your challenge falls into, a rough timeframe, and whatever you write in the message.
That information is used for one purpose: to reply to you and to work out whether I am the right person to help. It is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to market anything to you.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Sanity, the content system behind this site, and a copy is emailed to me so I see it promptly. Both are hosted in the EU or under standard contractual clauses.
The legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted me about professional services and expect a reply.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that lead to work are kept for as long as the professional relationship and any legal obligations require. Enquiries that do not are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time for a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Send that request through the contact form and I will action it — there is no process to go through.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
If website analytics are enabled in future, it will be a privacy-respecting, aggregate-only setup with IP anonymisation, and this page will be updated before it goes live.
